1. Where do we ship to

We only ship in Europe

2. Where do we ship from

All orders are shipped from Germany , where our warehouse is based.

3. How long will shipping take and cost

Standard shipping within 3-7 busines days. The costs will be calculated at check-out.

Please be advised that our business days are Monday to Friday -We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

LE JARDIN cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

3.1 Duties and customs for EU orders

Once you have made payment for your order, all EU orders are shipped such that you should not be required to make any further payments in relation to import VAT and duties of any kind at the point of importation of your order into the EU.

Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional information to our delivery partners to receive your order as it passes through customs. Please see the specific requirements below:

Slovakia & Latvia You will be required to provide Proof of Payment and sign a Power of Attorney to receive your items.

Greece If your order is under €1,000, you will be required to show a Tax ID.

If your order is over €1,000, you will be required to sign a Power of Attorney or EORI to receive your items.

Italy You will be required to show a Tax ID to receive your items.

Portugal & Lithuania You may be required to provide Proof of Payment in order to receive your items.

3.2 Duties and customs for outside EU orders

We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping outside the EU could incur customs charges.Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Changes to the informations provided during the check-out process

After the order is made we are not able to change the informations that you provided during the check-out process.
